Discovering the need for the Insurance Industry to begin working with National service providers, Restorers National’s Managing Director, Tony Boshier established RESTORERS NATIONAL PTY LTD in 2005.
With Tony’s vast knowledge of the insurance industry (where he was involved in the industry for 34 years, 17 of which running his own loss adjusting company), he began working with some of his insurers contacts from those days and set up a member based fire and water damage restoration service, which was to service the insurance industry on a National scale.
Tony’s vision was to provide a service that insurer’s claims staff, loss adjusters and brokers could utilise by contacting 1 person for any type of restoration claim no matter where the situation of loss is located.
Through extensive restoration industry experience provided by Restorers National’s members, Tony trained these members on what is required and expected by way of service standards and quality of workmanship that the insurance industry prided itself on.
With the merger of the above qualities, it wasn’t long before Restorers National found itself to be a wanted service provider by much of the insurance industry.
With this imminent growth, Tony expanded the business and added his son, Ben, to the fold in the middle of 2009.
Ben joined Restorers National with 12 years insurance experience by way of claims management at a major insurer, loss adjusting and commercial broking. Ben has since trained up to become a qualified water damage restoration technician.
This expansion of Restorers National brought immediate results and the company was again in growth mode.
Something must have been going right, with current insurers and loss adjusters increasing their level of involvement with Restorers National and many more beginning to utilise this unique National restoration company.
In March of 2012, Restorers National welcomed Tim Cross who came with numerous years experience as a loss adjuster.
Tim brings a wealth of knowledge in the customer service industry and claims experience.
Although dealing with restoration claims on all levels, from a spilt glass of wine to properties completely under water from major storm events and anything shy of a total loss fire event, Restorers National has found itself to be a true industry leader when disaster strikes.
During the major storms suffered in Melbourne of December 2007, March 2010, February 2011 and Christmas Day 2011, not to mention the ongoing summer storms and cyclones in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, Restorers National has prided itself on going every extra step required to ensure its suppliers’ clients are dealt with efficiently and effectively which is crucial in such a panic stricken time.
On top of water and fire damage, Restorers National stretches to all aspects of other forms of restoration including graffiti removal, dry ice blasting, sewage, malicious damage, contents inventories, etc (please refer to the industry equipment page for more in depth detail).
Restorers National also has a national flooring replacement facility where carpets, vinyl and floating floorboards are provided where a particular flooring has been deemed beyond salvage due to a particular severity.
This arm of Restorers National has proven to be unbelievably handy for claims staff due to the fact an appointment for measurement and quoting has already been arranged with the insured by the time our initial report lands on insurers’ desks. It also saves time in insured’s having to source their own local supplier.
Restorers National prides itself on exceptional customer service which can be attested to the company’s rapid growth since 2005.
Many comments have been made by Restorers National’s suppliers throughout the years that they will utilise the service of Restorers National because they simply know that the job will get done as quickly as possible without inflicting any problems for their office or their clients.
Restorers National is both excited and passionate about assisting the insurance industry in its own growth and service standards by way of all forms of restoration, particularly in a period where insured’s need their insurers most during times of disaster.
